Wijzigingen

– Vanaf 8 februari 2023 het advies aangepast van het gebruik van DOAC na bariatrische chirurgie.

– Vanaf 23 april 2024 is dit protocol gewijzigd n.a.v. nieuwe evidence t.a.v. het gebruik van DOAC na bariatrische chirurgie en omzetting naar een VKA postoperatief.
